A.3.2 Learning prompts
Summary
You don't need to read everything first. Give an LLM the title, link, or text of a reading and use these prompts to explore it. Treat the LLM as a sparring partner, not just a summarizer.
Explore with an LLM
Give an LLM the title, link, or text and ask:
- "What are the 5 main ideas?"
- "What assumptions or weaknesses does this have?"
- "How would we apply this in an organization?"
- "Compare this with Holacracy, Big Organizing, or Netflix."
- "Quiz me until I understand it."
Treat the LLM as a sparring partner, not just a summarizer.
These resources offer perspectives to discuss and evaluate. Including a resource doesn't mean adopting every claim or tactic in it.
